I own a 13-foot garage. I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars installing air conditioning on the roof to cool the garage in order to sleep on the big bed, so I decided to purchase this 8000 BTU unit to get the job done. This is a really effective portable air cooler. The room at my job wasn't cooling enough in the afternoon, so I got this to help. What a difference! It was easy to set up and use. It is about 2 feet tall and easy to move around.
