The griddle is simple and efficient, as it heats up quickly and evenly, with an adjustable temperature dial for more control. It requires minimal set-up, has a large surface for more food, and a grease tray to make clean-up a breeze.
This appliance was very easy to set up and load. The griddle is extremely easy to use, and I can grill up many different things including steaks, bbq, pancakes, etc. Very good bang for your buck, I extremely recommend buying,
Packaging is super - it's so sturdy that I used the carboard box as a temporary base for this griddle. Very heavy (46.5lbs via bathroom scale), with thick stainless steel for the whole machine. It requires preheating of 5-10 minutes, likely due to its thickness of the top plate. Once it's heated, it cooks fast and even. Sizzling!
The cooking surface is ~300 sq in (22"X14"), with 2.5" wide trough across front, and sidewalls surrounding the cooking plate, eliminating any possibility of food/grease spilling. Size is good for meal prep of 2-4 persons.
