Love this fireplace! Looks realistic! Great colors! Very quiet when running the heater! Heats up small living room easily. If you turn the heater and fan on but do not set the timer for between 1-8 hours run time, then it will automatically shut off in 30 minutes which is a great feature. Easy to set up!

Pretty good for the price im happy with my purchase

We replaced a non functioning gas insert with this electric fireplace. I was skeptical but can say we absolutely love it. purchased this one based on other reviews, and now I am adding to the other positive ones. It is not exactly a real flame but you know what, it looks amazing. Each member of our family has a different color variation they prefer and with a flick of a button voila! I love that we can have the look without any heat generation. It is quiet even when the heat is on and a wonderful addition to our family room. Arrived way earlier than expected. Time will tell as to how long it will last. 1st picture is before, 2nd is after almost done.

I had to return this item since I ordered wrong size, however the quality is great! Not heavy, slim and compact, continuous window for heating and small frame. I'll be looking forward to buy again but a different size.
