Unfortunately, I had my unit for just a few months and it malfunctioned. Smoke poured out of it and I had to drag it outside!
I will still give a high rating because the customer service was TOP NOTCH! I emailed them and received an immediate response. I sent a video of the smoke incident and they told me to throw away the unit and they refunded my money.
I know that things like this happen and I'm sad because I really liked that heater. But the prompt customer service is to be commended!
I saw this electric heater and had to splurge a little and buy it. The pictures do not do it justice. This is the most beautiful electric heater I have ever had. It's built well and very sturdy, you cannot knock it over. The heat output is great and warms up a room in no time. It's very quiet and barely makes any noise. It's a little larger than most heaters but so worth it. It's very functional and stylish at the same time. This product does every thing it says it does. You can also just run the fireplace function without the heat if you like. I would highly recommend this product.

This heater is to small for my space I made the mistake of not checking how tall it is but it is small. Just a described. The lights change from dim to full capacity. It kicks out a lot of heat which is amazing! I'm keeping it because I love it but this would be better for smaller spaces.
Love it, I was a bit concerned because the box wasn't picture perfect at my doorstep. But they really know how to package their products, looks great and works great.
By the way it is plug-in ready there is no parts to put together... A refreshing change
